At Strategy Cues, all engagements are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable. Given the highly customized nature of our services, once an engagement is confirmed—whether verbally, in writing, or through payment—clients are fully committed to the agreed scope, fees, and timelines. No cancellations, postponements, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances, including changes in business priorities, internal restructuring, or dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations. The full contracted amount remains payable regardless of project progress or completion status. By confirming an engagement, clients acknowledge and accept this strict policy as binding.
